Development and Business Plan
At ZestyGreen we are mentors, HMO advisers, investors, and a self-managing landlord who are all about helping people realise their property dreams. Specialising in HMOs, in 2014 I took the plunge into HMO investments by acquiring a run-down house-share that had been causing problems for the local council. Despite doubts from seasoned HMO landlords, I'm glad we seized the opportunity. I love the challenge of transforming neglected properties into beautiful homes, each with its unique set of challenges that ultimately lead to a rewarding transformation.
I work one to one with investors to help navigate the challenges of either finding properties to transform into HMOs or working with their existing property portfolio to improve their return.

Before diving into property investment, I worked in public relations and marketing, focusing on technology marketing and communications across the UK. Personal growth and delivering value have always been at the core of my work.
